Good day Dmitry. If your website is well optimized it should not take long for it to appear on first page of search results. There are many things that would be responsible for your website visibility. Assuming that your website is optimized to maximum extend "Executive Staffing" is very competitive keyword and also very meaningless at the same time. This keyword on its own does not mean anything yet. If you are willing to target this keyword I suggest to have long tail keywords on your page. For example, "Executive Staffing Company". This phrase has your primary keyword and is very meaningful. This also will cut your online competition quantities by millions.-

Good point. "Executive Staffing" is not specific enough to attract people who are looking for an "executive staffing company."
"Executive Staffing" might, for example, attract business students who are looking for articles on executive staffing--not your core clientele.

This can improve a lot of factors hidden behind to website's ranking. Further more, make sure you use proper and meaningful keywords to get website ranked on Google. You can also take an expert opinion from agencies like digital marketing companies, blogs , articles, informative pdf, etc to know more about it. I hope this helps!

SEO Takes times to rank or generate traffic for your website. You have to perform Off-page & On-page activity. Even still not guarantee that your website will get traffic and rank up in google search. Today, there is a trend of social media marketing. It helps you to define your targeted audience easily. And you can easily promote your product and service to your audience. I have made company profile in social media where i can share my product info, upcoming product easily. Even i am also connected to ECIR Pro, and it have helped me a lot to improve and increase my online presence between my audience.

You should make your website SEO friendly before market and focus on onsite factors that will make quality website then check out your keywords competition then make a marketing strategy what techniques you have to focus on to bring your website on top rank.
1. Content Marketing
2. Forum Posting
3. Blog Posting
4. Business Listings
5. Bookmarking
6. Search engine submission
7. Create quality backlinks
There are more techniques you can do but focus on these first then go according to your traffic and ranking.

SEO takes time to cook up results, like a good stew.
There's no instant magic, but with the right ingredients and some simmering, you'll see results! Here's the wait time breakdown (remember, this is a general idea):
A Few Months (3-6): You might see some baby steps like a little more traffic and maybe ranking for easier keywords.
Half a Year to a Year (6-12): With continued effort, you could see more significant progress in traffic and maybe even ranking for some tougher keywords.
Long-Term (Beyond 1 Year): SEO is like a slow cooker - the longer you keep it going, the tastier the results! You can expect nice, steady growth in traffic and strong search engine visibility.
Things that affect how long it takes:
Website Age: Newer websites take longer to be known and trusted by search engines.
Competition: Harder keywords to rank for take more time and effort.
Your Content: Great content that people love to read helps you rank higher.
Mobile-Friendly Website: If your site works well on phones, that's a plus for SEO.
Tips to help SEO cook faster:
Make awesome content: People love it, and search engines do too!
Target the right keywords: Find words people search for that relate to your business.
Mobile-friendly website: Make sure your site looks good and works well on phones.
Get backlinks: These are like votes of confidence from other websites, and search engines like that.
By following these tips and keeping at it with SEO, you'll gradually see your website rank higher and attract more visitors over time. Just like that delicious pot of stew, SEO takes time and effort, but the results are definitely worth it!
